Douglas Ober

Doug Ober is the chairman and CEO of two closed-end funds: Adams Express Company and Petroleum & Resources Corporation. He joined the firm in 1980, and was elected chairman of the companies in 1991. A Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, Mr. Ober is a member of the Closed-End Fund Association's Executive Committee, the Baltimore CFA Society, and the New York Society of Security Analysts. He is also a past representative of closed-end funds on the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute.
