Brookly McLaughlin is vice president for corporate affairs and sustainability at Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE). In this role she oversees the company's approach to sustainability, including working with the New York Stock Exchange and its community of publicly listed companies. She also oversees internal communications and employee learning and development programs. Prior to joining ICE, Ms. McLaughlin worked for the Chicago Climate Exchange, which was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange in 2010.
