Marc Beavis

Marc Beavis worked as an investment advisor and portfolio manager for over 25 years and grew his practice in the old-fashioned way with face-to-face, one-on-one meetings with his clients. During most of his career, social media wasn't a factor, the financial news consisted of one or two sources, and things moved at a pretty slow pace. Mr. Beavis retired from his practice in 2021 and joined forces with his son Brandon, spreading investment knowledge with The Investing Academy, and everything the modern era brings to the picture. He has lived the industry transition and he shares his impression of the stark differences that investors face today.
