Matt Barasch

Matt Barasch is a vice president and portfolio manager for RBC Dominion Securities. He joined RBC in 2001, and eventually, became head of Canadian and US equities for RBC Wealth Management Canada. Mr. Barasch then went on to become chief Canadian equity strategist for RBC Capital Markets where he published numerous research pieces and headed up RBC's Investment Strategy Committee. He now manages the financial futures of a select group of high-net-worth individuals and families. Mr. Barasch is a CFA charterholder, obtained an MBA from the Joseph Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and has a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Buffalo.
