John Mousseau

John Mousseau is EVP and chief investment officer at Cumberland Advisors and is a member of Cumberland's executive committee. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and overseeing the firm's investment strategies, portfolio management, and overall perfomance of accounts. Mr. Mousseau also serves as a portfolio manager on various Cumberland fixed-income strategies. His comments and analyses have appeared in The Bond Buyer, Barron's, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Forbes, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The New York Times, and has been a contributor to the Municiple Financial Journal. In addition, he has appeared on Bloomberg Television and Radio, Reuters, CNBC, and on Sarasota-Manatee's local media for commentary on fixed-income investments and the broader financial markets. Mr. Mousseau has over 40 years of investment management experience, including previous roles with Lord Abbett & Company, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and E.F. Hutton.
