Kathleen Smith

Kathleen Smith is the chairman and founding principal of Renaissance Capital and chairman of the Renaissance Capital Greenwich Funds. Prior to founding Renaissance Capital, she was a director of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets' Technology and Emerging Growth Investment Banking Group. Ms. Smith received an MBA in finance from the Wharton School and a BA in political science and Chinese language, Phi Beta Kappa, from the Pennsylvania State University.
