Clyde Wood

Clyde Wood is vice president of commercial & mixed-use development at Realberry, where he leads the commercial team through every phase of the development cycle, from market analysis and entitlement through construction and close-out. He is also responsible for lease negotiation and broker relationships, keeping Realberry on the first-call list for new opportunities.

Mr. Wood brings a rare depth of experience in retail and mixed-use development. Before joining Realberry, he served as vice president of development at CIM Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm with over $30 billion in assets under management, where he led nearly $500 million in mixed-use urban infill projects across Los Angeles and San Francisco.

His career began in the public sector as a planning deputy for Council District 4 in Los Angeles, and he later co-founded Rock Ridge Investment Group, an entrepreneurial firm specializing in urban infill development.
