Vaughn Bowman

Vaughn Bowman joined Merrill Lynch in 2015 as the head of the Managed Solutions Group Channel Management team, responsible for the managed product offering and strategic linkages with Merrill Edge, U.S. Trust, Global Client and the Institutional Investment Advisory business. Vaughn is also responsible for the firm's dual contract investment advisory programs and several additional growth initiatives. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Vaughn spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley. Most recently Vaughn led the Goals-based Investing initiative within the Investment Products and Services organization. Prior to that role Vaughn held a wide variety of positions at Morgan Stanley including in the areas of product development, platform development, and business management. Vaughn is an active member of the investment industry including as a member of the CFA Institute. Vaughn is also a Major in the Military Intelligence branch of the US Army Reserves, and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Vaughn has a B.A. in English Literature from New York University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
