David Tawil

David D. Tawil is co-founder of ProChain Capital and serves as president. ProChain Capital is multi-strategy cryptoasset fund. The fund has been operating since 2017 and the principals have deep experience in cryptoassets, token mining, venture capital, programming and asset management.

David has managed hedge funds for more than 15 years. David’s previous professional experience is in the areas of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy and includes director of leveraged finance at Credit Suisse and legal counsel with Davis Polk & Wardwell and Skadden, Arps.

David is a frequent contributor to the Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Bloomberg, the New York Times, Reuters, CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business.

David earned a JD degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a BS degree in Business Management, graduating magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
