About Phil

Phil Orlando is Federated Hermes' chief equity market strategist and the head of the Client Portfolio Management Team. He joined Federated Hermes in 2003 and, with 40 years of experience, is responsible for the formulation of Federal Hermes' views on the economy, the financial markets, and the firm's investment positioning strategies. Mr. Orlando serves as the chairman of both the Macro Economic Policy and the PRISM® Asset Allocation committees. He is a regular contributor to several of CNBC's programs, as well as Fox Business News, Bloomberg, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.
