Richard Rikoski

Dr. Richard Rikoski is the chief economist of Democracy Investments and has developed a democracy weighted international equity index that tilts investment toward democracies and away from authoritarian states. He is also a marine robotics entrepreneur and a leading data scientist with 20+ years of experience in developing probabilistic algorithms. Dr. Rikoski received the first PhD in marine robotics from MIT and holds a BS in mechanical engineering and economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
