Duane Lund

Duane Lund is a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry and is currently the president of Exchange Realty, Inc., a private equity firm focused on the acquisition and consolidation of 1031 commercial and multi-family entity interests. Through affiliated entities, the company currently holds positions in a diverse portfolio of assets located in several states. He was involved in the formation of several private and public companies including The Geneva Organization, RESoft Inc., Stonehaven Realty Trust (AMEX:RPP), and First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE:FR). Previously, he was a partner with The Shidler Group and a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick.
