Adam Laufer

Adam Laufer, co-founder of MJ Holdings (OTCQB: MJNE), is a corporate securities attorney turned entrepreneur. Prior to co-founding MJ Holdings in 2009, he co-founded a company in the electronic cigarette space that would later become the first publicly traded e-cig company, which subsequent to his departure in 2013, up-listed to the NASDAQ. Mr. Laufer is a member of the Florida bar and a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.
