Frederic Scheer

Frederic Scheer, one of the founders of Alercell, Inc., had a successful carrier in finance, taking public several start-up companies on Bulletin-Board and NASDAQ. He worked in the chemical industry and alternative technology for over 25 years. Mr. Scheer hold 15 US patents in biotechnology. He founded Biocorp, Inc., a bioplastic company, and Cereplast, Inc., a chemical resin company, that he brought to NASDAQ. Mr. Scheer holds two doctorates in law from the University of Paris and an MBA from Institut d 'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
