Heidi Ridley

Heidi Ridley is co-founder & CEO of RadiantESG Global Investors, a women-owned, independent asset manager focused on building next generation ESG investment solutions for institutional and wealth management clients worldwide. She was previously CEO of Rosenberg Equities, which became the first fully ESG integrated quantitative manager under her leadership. Heidi is a CFA charterholder with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a member of the Advisory Council for the Center for Equity Gender and Leadership at the HAAS School of Business. She is an ESG and D&I advocate, forwarding the dialogue through speaking engagements worldwide.
