Bill Harris

Bill Harris has spent decades developing financial tools in Silicon Valley, serving as CEO of Intuit and CEO of PayPal. Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Personal Capital, a digital wealth management firm for consumers, integrating data aggregation, investment management, and banking services across phone, Web, and mobile channels. Mr. Harris is also founder, chairman, and major shareholder of MyVest, a cloud-based investment management service sold to financial institutions for their individual clients. In addition, he is the co-founder, chairman, and major shareholder of XTec, an identity management and access control company, selling primarily to the federal government.
