William Phillips

William Phillips is the executive director of planned giving for Hillsdale College. He has worked for Hillsdale College since 1999, where he started as associated director of planned giving before becoming executive director. Previously, Mr. Phillips served with the School of Engineering at the University of Maryland as the director of planned giving and as an adjunct instructor of United States history at California State University. He has a CPEG (certified planned giving executive) from the College of William and Mary and multiple certificates from Conrad Teitell Tax Institute. Mr. Phillips graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in history and performed graduate work at Claremont Graduate School.
