North Oak Investment REIT’s investors join as limited partners and enjoy 9.5% REIT distributions which are 20% tax-exempt and pay monthly.  North Oak utilizes proprietary management systems that are custom-made for their narrow niche product within the real estate mortgage space.  They have a 3rd party fund administrator and are audited annually.  North Oak invests its own capital in the REIT in a first-loss position and provides several other downside protections for its limited partners.
