SPEAKER Baerg, Bill Bill Baerg is manager of investor and media relations for El Paso Pipeline Partners and El Paso Corporation, where he manages interaction with analysts and investors. Previously, he was manager of corporate finance where his responsibilities included capital market transactions, various structured financings, and monitoring the firm's overall capitalization. Mr. Baerg joined El Paso through its acquisition of Tenneco, and during his 13-year career he has held positions throughout the organizations, including strategic planning, government relations, and business development.

SPEAKER Begley, Brian Brian Begley has been the vice president of investor relations for Atlas Energy, LP (NYSE: ATLS), a master limited partnership (MLP), since February 2011. He has been with the Atlas companies since April 2006, when he was director of investor relations for Atlas Pipeline Partners, LP (NYSE: APL) and Atlas America, Inc., (subsequently renamed Atlas Energy, Inc.). During 2006, Mr. Begley assisted in the initial public offerings for Atlas Pipeline Holdings, LP (now named Atlas Energy, LP) and Atlas Energy Resources, LLC, an E&P MLP. In the last several years, the Atlas companies have undergone a significant transformation, culminating in the sale of Atlas Energy, Inc., and its Marcellus Shale natural gas assets to Chevron Corporation in February 2011. He and the former Atlas management team are now repositioning the remaining Atlas MLPs for the tremendous growth opportunities that lie ahead for Atlas Energy and Atlas Pipeline. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Begley was a director in the investor relations area at Cigna. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting.

SPEAKER Burkhalter, Randy Randy Burkhalter has 31 years of experience in the energy industry in the investor relations and accounting fields. He joined Enterprise Products Partners, LP, in August 2002 as director of investor relations and was promoted to vice president in April 2008. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Burkhalter was director of investor relations at Parker Drilling Company, and previous to that, director of investor relations at Reliant Energy, Inc., for six years. His experience at Reliant Energy included two years as the head of the investor relations at NorAm Energy Corp., before it merged with Reliant Energy. Mr. Burkhalter is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and is a CPA (inactive) in Texas. He graduated with a BBA degree in accounting from Lamar University in Texas.

SPEAKER Kiley, Quinn Quinn Kiley is a managing director and senior portfolio manager of FAMCOs Master Limited Partnerships product, which includes portfolio management of various energy infrastructure assets and oversight of the energy infrastructure research process. He serves as a portfolio manager for three publicly traded closed-end mutual funds: the Fiduciary/Claymore MLP Opportunity Fund; the MLP & Strategic Equity Fund, Inc.; and the Nuveen Energy MLP Total Return Fund. Mr. Kiley also serves as a portfolio manager for the FAMCO MLP & Energy Income Fund, an open-end mutual fund, as well as a privately offered open-end mutual fund. Prior to joining FAMCO in 2005, he acted as VP of Corporate and Investment Banking at Banc of America Securities in New York. Mr. Kiley was responsible for executing strategic advisory and financing transactions for clients in the energy and power sectors. He holds a BS with Honors in geology from Washington & Lee University, an MS in geology from the University of Montana, a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law, and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. In addition, Mr. Kiley has been admitted to the New York State Bar.

SPEAKER Lyman, Mary Mary Lyman serves as executive director of the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships (NAPTP), a trade association representing publicly traded partnerships (more commonly known as "master limited partnerships") and those who work with them. She has worked with the association and has been involved with publicly traded partnerships for over 25 years. Ms. Lyman began her career in Washington as a legislative assistant to a member of the House Ways and Means Committee. Ms. Lyman is currently a director at Gnarus Advisors, LLC, which provides management services to the association. She received a BA from Dickinson College and a JD from Harvard Law School.

SPEAKER Peterson, Michael Michael Peterson is a managing director and senior equity analyst on the firm's energy and natural resources research team. He has over 15 years of experience in the energy and commodities markets, and specializes in macroeconomic relationships of energy and commodities; his valuation work encompasses both aggregate market mechanics and firm level fundamental analysis. Prior to joining MLV & Co., Mr. Peterson covered integrated oil, refining, and exploration and production equities for International Strategy and Investment Group, Morgan Stanley, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He also traded commodities for Duke Energy and equity index futures and options at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for Prudential Securities. Mr. Peterson holds an MBA from the University of Chicago in international finance, an MS from the Illinois Institute of Technology in financial markets and trading, and a BA from the University of Denver in political science and economics.

SPEAKER Skelly, Matthew Matthew Skelly is the head of investor relations and capital markets for Atlas Pipeline Partners (NYSE: APL), a $2bn market capitalization midstream natural gas gathering and processing master limited partnership (MLP). Atlas Pipeline gathers and processes natural gas and natural gas liquids in the mid-continent region of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. Prior to Atlas Pipeline, he was an investment banker for J.P. Morgan, covering financial institutions, particularly banks and thrifts, during the credit crisis. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Skelly was a senior advisor at Taylor Rafferty, conducting investor relations consulting to management teams of over 70 non-US public companies across 20 countries. He earned a Bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from the University of South Carolina and an MBA in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and also holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
