Michael S. Rulle, Jr. is the founder and CEO of MSR Indices, LLC, a commodity trading advisor that offers an expansive range of index-tracking investment programs. Prior to founding MSR in 2015, he was president of Graham Capital Management, where he chaired the Investment and Risk Committee and was directly responsible for the firm's discretionary portfolio managers. Mr. Rulle also worked closely with the firm's quantitative research group. During his tenure, Graham's total assets under management grew from $1 billion to $8 billion. Rulle also managed numerous arbitrage strategies and equity market neutral portfolios as president and CIO of Hamilton Partners, an internal hedge fund of Bermuda-based reinsurance company Stockton Inc.
