She has over 8 years of industry experience and has spent the last five years focused on private market investments. Prior to joining Banrion, Ms. Bills was an associate for Allos Ventures, assisting with their deal flow and due diligence for investing in Illinois-based companies. Before her time at Allos, she was an investment analyst for the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office assisting in conducting investment due diligence, analysis, and monitoring external program managers on the Illinois Growth and Innovation Fund. She also spent her early career working at Ariel Investments where she worked as a client service, investor relations associate.
