Covid-19 has pushed interest rates to historically low levels effectively reducing bond market yields across the board. This forces investors to accept lower returns or take on more risk to produce desired income levels. However, investing in real estate can bridge the income gap by taking advantage of the current low interest rate environment which creates higher cash flow while diversifying investors from the bond and stock markets.
