The Dow Jones Transports, after making significant new lows in March, have rallied 48% from the lows. The Transports were down sharply Monday, but there are no signs yet of a top. There is a band of resistance at 3300-3500, with the 50% retracement and 200-day MA at 3700-3850. There is first good support at 2700.
