Allen Esses, founder, CEO, and fund manager, has over 35 years of experience in real estate investments. Mr. Esses also leads, Sky Realty Management, a significant personal portfolio providing experience in residential and commercial acquisition, development and property management. He is an industry icon in the private lending community. In 2019 Mr. Esses was a founding member of The National Private Lending Association (NPLA) and on their Ethics Committee, he is also a member of the American Association of Private Lending (AAPL).
