Steve Blackwell

Steve Blackwell is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of executive-level experience in the oil and gas upstream operating industry as well as prior experience in the financial services sector. Most recently, he serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Invito Energy Partners LLC where he has been in charge since the company's launch in June 2019. Previously, Mr. Blackwell held the role of president of Petromax Operating where he was responsible for deploying over $200 million of investor capital, leasing out over 80,000 net mineral acres, drilling 35 horizontal Woodbine wells, and producing over $200 million in revenue. His efforts helped the company divest all three projects for $886 million--achieving an average return on investment of over 300 percent. He also served as the chief operating officer of US Energy Development, helping to deploy $100 million of investor capital into 29 horizontal Eagle Ford wells drilling. Mr. Blackwell graduated from Central Michigan University with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting. His experiences have provided him with the necessary tools and experience to excel in his role as CEO of Invito Energy Partners LLC.
