The NET Lease ETF (NYSE arca: NETL) is uniquely focused solely on Net Lease Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), one of the fastest growing sectors within the REIT space—No Malls, No Multi-tenant Office, and No Multi-family apartments. This pure-play Net Lease REIT ETF encompasses a variety of REITs that aim to provide sustainable cash flows by leasing their properties to corporations on long-term contractual leases, known as on a triple-net lease basis. These leases have terms that are generally 10 years or longer, predetermined contractual rental rate increases, and minimal to no landlord responsibilities.
