Stocks were choppy early Tuesday, but with two hours left in the session are solidly positive with the A/D numbers 2-1 positive. This does favor a higher close. The E-mini futures are testing the upper trend line resistance and a breakout could cause upward acceleration as the bears scramble to cover.
